1. Who we are

"Belver.AI" refers to Slickweb Pty Ltd t/a Belver.AI (ABN 28 626 582 714), a company registered in New South Wales, Australia. Our contact address is hello@belver.ai.

2. Use of the website

You may use this website for lawful purposes only. You must not:

• Scrape, crawl, or otherwise harvest content from the site without prior written consent.
• Submit false or misleading information when using the contact form or audit tool.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, our admin areas, or the underlying infrastructure.
• Use the site to transmit unlawful, harmful, or infringing material.

3. Free AI Visibility Audit

Our free audit is provided at no cost as a marketing tool. By submitting a URL for a free audit you confirm that:

• You either own the URL submitted, or have the permission of the owner to have it audited.
• You consent to our automated systems fetching publicly accessible content from the site.
• You consent to receiving the report at the email address provided, plus up to three follow-up emails in the 14 days following report delivery.

We rate-limit free audits to three per email address per 30-day period.

Free audit reports are provided "as is", without warranty as to accuracy or completeness, and are intended as a directional starting-point only. They are not a substitute for engagement-level advice.

4. Paid AI Visibility Reports

We offer two paid report tiers: Essentials (A$295) and Advanced (A$595). All prices are in Australian dollars and exclude GST where applicable.

Delivery

Reports are delivered by email to the address provided at checkout, typically within 5 to 15 minutes of payment (Essentials in ~10 minutes, Advanced in ~15 minutes). Lost the email? Use the paid-report resend page with your receipt number, the audited URL, and the email you used at checkout to have it resent.

If we are unable to deliver within 24 hours we will contact you with an updated timeline. If we can't recover the audit we will issue a refund at our discretion (see Refunds below).

Refunds

Belver.AI digital audit reports are non-refundable once the audit pipeline has run. Each report consumes real AI provider compute (Anthropic, OpenAI, Google AI, Perplexity) and engineering time at the moment payment clears. We can't un-spend those costs after the fact, so as a default we don't refund delivered reports.

Two narrow exceptions where we will refund, at our discretion:

• Pipeline failure we can't recover. If our audit pipeline errors out and our ops team cannot recover the run within 24 hours, we refund in full. You don't need to ask — we proactively contact you and process the refund through the original Stripe charge.
• Material factual error we cannot fix. If the report you receive contains a factual error that fundamentally misrepresents your business or category (not just a difference of opinion on a score), and we cannot remedy it with a re-run, we refund the difference at our discretion.

Outside these two exceptions, all paid audit purchases are final. This policy is set out clearly at checkout before payment is captured, and accepting this Terms page is a condition of paid purchase.

Your statutory rights under the Australian Consumer Law are not affected by this policy. The ACL provides that consumer guarantees apply to services, including that services are provided with due care and skill, are fit for purpose, and are delivered within a reasonable time. Where a major failure occurs you may be entitled to a refund or replacement under the ACL regardless of our default policy above.

Discount codes

Discount codes (such as those issued in our welcome and contact- reply emails) are valid against the published price of paid audit reports for 90 days from the date of issue. One code may be used per purchase. Codes are non-transferable and have no cash value.

5. Service engagements

Engagements for our AI Visibility and AI Operations services are governed by a separate written Statement of Work (SOW) signed by both parties. The SOW takes precedence over these terms for the specific scope it covers; these terms continue to govern your use of the website and any matters not covered by the SOW.

Default engagement terms include:

• Three-month minimum commitment, then month-to-month with 30 days' notice to terminate.
• Monthly billing in advance.
• Invoices payable within 14 days of issue.
• Late payment may incur a 1.5% per-month interest charge from day 30.

6. Intellectual property

All content on belver.ai — including text, code, images, the Belver and Belver.AI brand marks, and the Belver.AI audit methodology — is owned by Slickweb Pty Ltd or used under licence. You may not reproduce, redistribute or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

For paid audit reports, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the report for the internal purposes of the business it concerns. You may not republish the report or use it as part of a paid service to a third party.

Workflows, automations and other artefacts we create under a paid service engagement become your property on full payment of the related invoices, subject to underlying third-party tool licences (e.g., n8n, Make, Zapier, HubSpot).

7. Confidentiality

We treat any non-public information you share with us about your business as confidential. We will not disclose it to third parties without your consent, except as required to deliver the services (e.g., through the third-party tools listed in our Privacy Policy) or as required by law.

8. Disclaimers and liability

AI visibility outcomes depend on a wide range of factors outside our control, including changes to third-party AI platforms, your site's underlying technical state, the competitive landscape, and the time you invest in implementing our recommendations.

While we work to high professional standards, we do not warrant that engaging us will produce specific traffic, citation, conversion or revenue outcomes. Any forecasts shared during proposals are good-faith estimates only.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability under or in connection with these terms or any related services is capped at the fees you have paid us in the twelve months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any non-excludable consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any dispute that cannot be resolved by good-faith discussion will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The "effective" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Material changes to ongoing engagements will be notified to active customers at least 30 days before they take effect.
