Do you require an upfront audit?

We run a paid discovery and blueprint in the first two weeks (typically $1,500, included in the engagement). It defines the scope before we ship any work, so neither side is guessing.

Can I run AI Visibility and AI Operations together?

Yes, and most clients do. There's a combined-engagement discount of around 15% versus the two services priced separately.

What's the difference between this and an SEO agency?

All prices on this page are in Australian Dollars, excluding GST where applicable. Engagement quotes spell out GST treatment explicitly.

Is there a minimum commitment?

Three months. After that it's month-to-month with 30 days' notice to terminate. We earn ongoing business by delivering, not by contracts.

Can I start with the free audit before committing?

Yes, we recommend it. The free audit tells you where you currently stand. Score above 70 and you probably don't need us yet. Score below 40 and there's almost certainly a case worth scoping.

What does "from $2,000/mo" mean for AI Operations?

$2,000/mo covers one workflow automated per quarter using your existing stack. Higher tiers (more workflows, deeper integrations, custom code) are scoped per engagement after the Discovery and Blueprint phase.

Are there setup or onboarding fees?

For AI Visibility and Visibility + Operations, no. The monthly fee covers the first-month Discovery and Blueprint. For Custom engagements, the Discovery and Blueprint is quoted separately ($1,500 to $4,500) before any ongoing fee.

What happens if it's not working?

We surface results monthly. If the numbers aren't moving by month three we'll either re-scope at no cost, or end the engagement and refund the unused portion of the current month. We'd rather earn your next month than hold a contract over you.
